You can download ASSM Connect from the Apple App Store or Google Play and sign in using your existing strata member portal credentials. If you don’t have portal access yet, you’ll need to request login details through your scheme first.
It has been a pleasure interacting with Ian from the Repaid and Maintenance Support team on a multiple major issues with my unit. Ian has been very responsive and informative, assisting me in escalating the issue with the Strata manager to expedite the work order approval.
